Zeiberg Consulting was established after a learning and development career that included creating and leading the learning technology function for PaineWebber, Inc., acting as a senior learning consultant/product development leader for The Forum Corporation, managing the training function at Broad Inc./Sun America, working as a change management consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and as trainer for Fidelity Investments. Charlene taught classes at UCLA in Total Quality Management, New York Institute of Technology in the Masters of Instructional Design program, and elective programs at Ithaca College.
Ed.M. in Human Resource Education from Boston University and a B.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from Ithaca College’s Roy Park School of Communication and Ithaca College London Centre.
