I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida State University and his law degree from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where I was a recipient of the G.A. Jr. & Kathryn M. Buder Charitable Foundation Scholars in Law Award. I also earned a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
I concentrate my practice in the areas of economic development, Bitcoin, and Indian Law. I also have significant experience in several forms of civil litigation, including premises liability, personal injury and commercial disputes.
I am a Bitcoin enthusiast and frequent speaker on the topic of cryptocurrencies, the risks involved, and best practices for Bitcoin commercial implementation. I am also a co-organizer of the South Florida Bitcoin Meetup Group.
I have been selected as a member of the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development’s (NCAIED) “40 Under 40 Award.” Blake has also been selected as one of Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars” for 2014. I am an enrolled tribal member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Recently, I have been appointed to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners’ Enterprise Zone Development Agency.
